  • They've made the front super light, really twitchy and very unforgiving if you don't treat with respect. On the upside the ride is more smoother as the carbon takes vibration away from road surfaces, they are massive fun and also look so pimp. If you like popping wheelies, you'll have no bother. Be weary of small jumps and other fun stuff, the centre of balance with carbon forks changes. Can make landings tricky at first, you know, to make a square landing.

  • There is no front suspension, they are rigid.

  • I bought a truvativ powerflow bottom bracket and chainring set excellent value for money, I got a gt avalanche 2.0 frame now, the Saracen cracked by the seat post on the weld, it did't like my carbon seat post, too flexible.

  • They're very good, very light. Been a few months now, no probs

  • so what benefits do the forks that you installed give? compared to the orignal, i have a saracen pylon 3 and want to customise it with suspension

  • Ive got the same bike bought it brand new about 5yrs ago my bottom bracket has gone and it needs a new chain ring , only happened in the last 6 months! The bike has been solid perhaps the best Ive owned. What type of bb would I need, size thread ect ?? I wanna keep the suntour crank so it would have to be square taper. Cheers .

  • hows that exotic fork treating you? I just ordered one for my bmx bike. Hope it works out
