@mrswright0809 - I bought the DVD recently when it finally came available on exercise tv. I think it's a really fun workout. It's great to put on when I don't feel like exercising. However, I'm in pretty good shape now so it really doesn't give me enough of a workout. I wish they would come out with an advanced DVD.

I just did the Cardioke workout on OnDemand and it is amazingly good. A definate must do for those trying to loose weight, get in shape, or just have fun.

I have been doing this workout through On Demand! I love it!! I have never had so much fun working out and I don't feel like I have two left feet. The steps are easy, but you can make the workout as hard as you want! I'm going to purchase it right away. I hope you guys make more of these.

I wish I was physically located closer. This looks really great and a lot of fun. I hope there will be a DVD soon for those of us further away.
Or another nice idea might be, until then, to post a few more youtube videos for that the 'at home' experience might be. Give people more of a taste of what they can look forward to at home, while giving them the chance to become a cardioke convert, so to speak :)
