Core Stability | Strength Exercise | Step Ups
-Use a bench or step up box that is at the level of your knee or slightly lower , depending on ability. The higher the step the harder the exercise, Ensure you can perform this exercise on both sides before adding dumbbells.
-Step up onto the box with right leg first, then step down. The right foot should never leave the box and the left foot should never touch it.
