@jonathan6272 naw in 2007 we were the come back kids. in 06 we were good. in 08 we struggled but fuck everyone struggles cough bobby bowden cough lloyyd carr. look at what fulmer did for us. go all the way back son to the old days. dooley ???hmmmm maybe. we will give him till next year. i think if kiffin would have not fucked us over we would be good. iso shit. we will await the day we get this exciting electricity back. hopefully we can beat bama tamar (lol). go vols!

Still the hands-down best game i've ever seen. Travis Stephens was phenomenal. Glad he stuck it out and waited for his time in the spotlight. He made the most of it. This team had a letdown in the SEC championship game, but I still think it is one of the best UT teams I've ever seen. Wish we would've gotten Miami that year. NOONE could run on that DL.

They later went on to the SEC Championship and lost to LSU...a team they stomped earlier that year....didn't go to the National Championship game and lost their bowl game.

Correct in that Tennessee lost the SEC Championship Game. Still can't believe it.
As for Tennessee losing their bowl game, they did not. Tennessee beat Michigan, 45-17.
