You are correct. Consider this, to date EVERY mystery that we have solved regarding the nature of things, the answer has NEVER been God did it. Why do you think that those mysteries that we have yet to solve would be any different?

Science will conquer religion. Religion causes nothing but hate, suffering and division. As for spirituality, personal spirituality, I see nothing wrong with it as long as people keep it to themselves.

Every time I hear someone say this it annoys me - it is to fundamentally misunderstand the mechanistic approach. There is nothing science cannot explain, only what it has yet to explain.
