Just Showing Off My New Springfield XD9 Subcompact 9mm

Awesome Gun! So reliable that Law Enforcement is starting to use them as their Gun of Choice! Instead of the Almighty Glock, that they have Used For Years! I have never shot a Glock before, but I have held one, and did not like the Grip at all! When I one of the guys at the Shooting Center about which would be the Closest Reliable Gun compared to the Glock? The Guy Recommended the XD 9 Subcompact, but they were all out at the Time. So, he showed me his XD9 Subcompact they he always Carries. He said out of all the Time that He has been to the range, shot about 2-3 Thousand Rounds, It Only Jammed Once, and it was because he was using some Re-Used Bullets. Also, he said he thinks they are actually better than the Glock! So he Pulled out his XD9 to show me Since they were all out. The Second I held it, I was Sold! Such a Nice Grip! Even better now with the Crimson Trace Laser Grip! that I spent about $530.00 for the gunl, $200 for the Crimson Trace Laser Grip, $150, for the Trijicon Night Sights, and a bunch of other Accessories. Adding Up somewhere around $1000 in the End. But, its well Worth It! I HIGHLY recommend that you guys Give this gun a shot! It has an cool Indicator Pin in the back, showing that it is Cocked. It also has a Bullet Indicator that protrudes a little on the Top Slide, to let you know, one is in the chamber. It has a Trigger Safety like the Glock, and also has an Added Grip safety on the Back of the Gun like the 1911's. Using Remington Golden Saber Jacketed Hollow Points. The Recoil is not bad at all. I could just keep Talking and Talking about this Gun! Go to a Range sometime, and see if they have a Rental, and I'll bet you'll be Surprised! Nice gun. I have a same model which I got on GUNBROKER. I have the Trijicon night sight on it. But I plan to purchase a CTC laser for it as my conceal weapon after I got my permit. I don't have any experience with CTC before,I want to ask you some :

1 : is it worth?

2: is it reliable and dependable?

3: is it hard to operate and manipulate the action or makes the grip bigger than original???

Main question: do we really need CTC for defense???????????

I purchased mine from Gunbroker too! The CTC laser grips are absolutely amazing! Yes, they definitely worth the money! They are very easy to setup, and dialing in the laser. From reading many articles, you have a much better advantage. In a gunfight, your vision blurs, hearing goes, and freeze up from adrenaline. You don’t have time. So, with the laser grips, you Do Not aim. Never look at the money! You purchased a gun to protect your life, so do whatever it takes, for an advantage! Get CTC's!

Sweet! Now, what are the Tactical XD's Compared to the Others? I dont think I have ever seen a Tactical Version. Heard of them, but never really researched the Tactical's. What are some features to it?

I don't really care about the money if my life is depend on it. The problem is: my hand is small and the XD grip is kinda bit large to me, I don't want to make it more bigger.

You have a mag that holds 14+1? Mine is 13+1. Then the extended grip mag is 16+1.

the tactical model is the full sixe model. It is equiped with the 5" barrel, other then that it shares all the same feature as thr other models
