Calm down! If you don't like it then don't watch. Its not banned because it doesn't show anythinng X rated. Your kids shouldnt be online unsupervised anyway ESPECIALLY not on youtube. The commercial leaves a lot of stuff up to the IMAGINATION get over yourselves "youtube police" and have a freakin sense of humor..UGH.. My guess, fapped previously to someone else. If you ejaculate and then don't wipe of the tip, later even when urinating you get 2 streams because it hardens after drying sort of like a weak glue and that gets 2 urine streams to happen because it splits the stream. Probably would make 2 cum streams to if you fapped it again. This is entirely possible.
