Is this better then the normal body building shaker bottle this is smaller by 6oz

@MrUTBASAEZ It is if you are on the go and you want to keep your powder separate from your liquids. But if youre looking for a shaker cup just to quick mix stuff then go with the regular one. Or buy the ones that they have on bodybuilding with the blender ball in it. Those are the best I've found
