Like I said on the first half of this video - the police were way out of line. They were informed in advance how the demonstration was planned to proceed. They knew peaceful picketers would engage in civil disobedience and then surrender to the police. Instead - Decatur and IL State Police attacked the crowd and nearly provoked a full stage riot - where someone would have almost certainly been seriously injured or killed. The crowd chose peace - the cops chose violence.
