@cater80 The web browsing uses mobile versions of most apps, so it won't be the seamless experience as on an iPhone or Android. Thanks!

In the voice mail option, I want to enter my password but the phone will not take any letters.....only numbers. I want to have my passsword on the voice mails so I don't have to enter it each time. Help.

@StanleyMIchalski Which carrier are you using? I believe certain voicemail settings - like saving your password for automatic activiation - are carrier specific. If your phone supports saving the voicemail password, go to Call log> menu button > options > voicemail > input desired password. You may have to choose a password with numbers only.

This blackberry is a good device. It works great. Haven't had any problems. My favorite features are the unlimited free internet usage, youtube, text message and of course email. The battery life is real good on this device and far as reception in receiving calls is excellent. I am keeping this phone.
