shutdown -s -m \\(name on net view) -t 10 -c "comment"
-t default is 30 secs and no -c is needed unless you want.
shutdown -a -m \\(name of same comp on net view)
shutdown -r -m \\(comp name on net view) -t 10 -c "comment"
same thins as -s but use -r instead.

@TheLolilol321 he problably somehow managed to infect you with a spybot but dont worry spybots are not dangerous at all its the trojans you have to be aware of, trojans can do every kind of stuff to your computer depending on what viruses or malwares the trojan has in it..

BTW you can't get rid of a spyware just by restarting your computer chances are you were pranked
