Thunderstorm Circulation Over Flagstaff

A severe thunderstorm rolled into Flagstaff from the east while I drove home from work on Route 66. It exhibited some ominous structure, so I pulled over and shot a series of photographs every ten seconds and assembled them into a time lapse video. Some weak counterclockwise circulation can be seen in and around the updraft region--which looks somewhat like the beginnings of a wall cloud. The structure dissolved over the next ten minutes.
