I have a corner chopper with stub and deco style. They work well as long as I get the placement right.

I have the blue one and it works perfectly! The results you are getting are definitely not right.

I would let them know it is faulty! I would hate that. Sounds like they had a bad batch. You do need it to be replaced.

I have the blue one and it cuts perfectly, It has really cuts really smooth and perect round corners, I love the blue. I hope they do something for you on that.

I had the exact same issue with the new corner chomper and e-mailed WRMK - they told me they'd send a new one if I send in pictures of the defect. I think this whole first batch was bad! Ugh. The blue one is AWESOME though and I never have issues at all... it's wonderful. Love everything you picked up! I'm in love with that ruler as you know. It's awesome! Hugs :)

Hmm, i have the blue one and it works great, the best corner rounder tool i have, i think you might not have the placement right, or try to make sure the paper is cut at straight angles on each side..see if that helps

@miichyma Thanks for your suggestion. I have in fact made sure I have my placement right, so that's not the problem... I hope to get an answer back from the store I bought it at soon, so that I get give them some feedback that I've gotten in the comments here =)

@waterfilterlove Thanks for letting me know! Can I ask if you've noticed wheter your blue one punches an uneven curve, left to right, as the little corner on my yellow one is?
