@iRaWrCoOkIeMoNsTeR Thats because this movie was made in 1915 before ears were invented

i noticed if you put on headphones, and turn it up all the way, you can very faintly hear what sounds like people talking

@KDirectorRR true a great idea would to be to reproduce the lost silent films if there are pictures of the actors and actresses use good non hollywood ones (as using hollywood ones cost too damn much) and non Hollywood ones would work harder to bring the films to life

@KDirectorRR I don't know how movies "like this" could be reproduced with sound when they had none in the first place. What would happen is a pianist would play below the screen in a theater acting as a live soundtrack - it would add to the whole experience.

two of them are still alive, the turtle and the vultures, they live more than 150 years.

I know I won't be able to watch this all because of my crabby internet but I must say the way that they filmed back then is amazing and seems so much more genuine then all this high def computer made stuff. And this is coming from an eye-candy grubby teen. ( no offense to my generation) But it'd be wish they could reproduce movies like this with sound ( and better px. on youtube) just so that more could enjoy it.
