Ross urged Congress to pass the bill arguing it "reinforces our Second Amendment rights and makes the laws more fair for law-abiding gun owners."
A fifth generation Arkansan, Congressman Mike Ross of Prescott represents the Fourth Congressional District of Arkansas in the U.S. House of Representatives.
