In 1998, Neo-Geo made a sequel to the game Pulstar named Blazing Star. This game is fun to play and so are the visuals to look at, yet the engrish kinda gets looked on more than the gameplay. An example of this is the infamous "You Fail It, Your Skill Is Not Enough" quote which appears if you don't defeat a boss on time, and not when you get a Game Over which is contrary to popular belief. The only thing that happens is that you go to the next level.
If you get a chance, play this game. I recommend it (This was played with MAME) not just for the amusing quotes and voices, but for its gameplay.
