Used to get 17.6 miles a gallon, now it's 54.3 and my cell is made from scrap 316 Stainless Steel. After making 7 trial cells, this is "My Best Work" to date as far as designs go. For a 4 cylindr engine I found that adding too much hydrogen isn't a good thing... 1/4 to half a liter works better. Using Sodium Hydroxide found in a product called "Rooto" found at Ace Hardware keeps the water clean, it's under $3.00. I play all instuments on the sound tracks and do all background vocal, a friend and daughter are the other vocals. All rights reserved ®

  • I hope I answered all your questions, my tank is 316, hold one liter in the system, the plates are scuffed with 80 grit and you may not touch them when finished. Contaimination is a killer. Is fan cooled so that the second (main bubbler) bubbler and reseviour will re-fill the tank, the check valve allow air in but not out and is found at the pet supply store. It allows air to pass from the top of the second bubbler to the 3rd bubbler safety chamber before being sucked into the air filter area.

  • On this 2.2L motor the engine runs an O2 sensor at 4 to 6 mili-volts normally. When hho is added it drops to 2-4 mili-volts. a simple online homebuilt "EFIE" adds back the 2 mili-volts and on long trips at high RPM's a little tweeking the dial and I get the big 50 mpg even with a dirty aircleaner and old plugs and oil. Output is 3/4 to 1 liter per/minute. Doesn't effect the timing unless I add to much gas (HHO) and then the mpg goes down. Touchy stuff. Inlet is "Before" the Mass air flow sensor.

  • Plate size is 2 ½ x 3½ and is now 316 grade stainless insteadof the 308 grade wall plates. But the wall paltes worked very well. I use a three stage bubbler to srub the gas and provide visual verification, as well as safety. The last bubbler is an detonation releif valve (spring loaded washer) to keep the main reservoir from over-pressure. The second bubbler will automatically refill the tank when the fan kicks in at 165 degrees and cools to 120, contaction takes 20 seconds
