  • Can you hear me??

When you connect the BFD is not with latency?

Which program you use? Sonar, ProTools, etc??

    Even more

  • huh? I use Ableton Live but with any DAW you should be able to control your latency.

If you have to set your latency high to get a clean sound, you might want to check your soundcard drive (get ASIO for windows) or just get a better computer

  • Indeed... How do you find the response of the HD-1?

I would like to get a 10, or 12 for the feel, but I don't think my apartment would allow for it.

So with the HD-1 do you find the kick drum to be a bit... non-responsive to BFD? Slow to kick?

  • nah its fine. the only delay comes from the latency of Live

  • hello, can you explain the connections you made? did you connect the HD-1 into the alesis control pad MIDI IN and then the Alesis Control PAD MIDI OUT into the PC? thanks, you play very well

  • Sounds good my friend, but i would like the drum track a bit hotter-louder; Ableton Live latency is quite good even on an older machine---cool stuff

  • Hi, whats the backing track?

  • i've had the hd-1 for about a 1 month now i'm progressing fast enough, although how long did it take you to get this this good?

  • 1rst: You just had to put that sexy ass Taylor in the background huh?? Damn good guitar 2nd: You keep playing the way you do, you'll be replacing every single fucking cymbal and pad on that set up!!!! It's a electronic set!!! YOU DONT NEED TO PLAY THAT FUCKING HARD BRO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • get an external sound driver.

  • The latency isn't coming from your computer... What kind of interface do you have?

If you have a cheap interface or just the soundcard from your computer, it is to be expected you have latency...

Just look for a good interface (a firewire interface would be ideal)

  • It ... BUT DOES NOT RIGHT!

WITH COMPUTER I HAVE GOOD ... I'M USING ALL FOR ASIO. It always has latency!

    UNTIL MORE
