I made the following adjustments,
16 oz of creamy peanut butter
1 stick of butter
1 cup of old fashioned organic oats
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 scoop of vanilla
2 ½ cups of baking Splenda
1 cup kashi go lean cereal
¾ cup mixed nuts
¼ cup mixed dried fruit
¾ cup high protein organic granola (10 grams protein a cup)
1/3 cup hood carbcountdown 2%milk, plus an extra splash...
7-8 grams protein
18 grams carbs 1.25 net carbs
not sure if I will use this recipe, looks to sweet for me, but for kids is perfect them getting them store bough stuff hing in sugar and no protein.

i made them!! yum - here is what i did. i only wanted to make half a batch. i used 1/2 stick butter, 1/4 cup cocoa and 8 oz cruncy peanut butter - melted till bubble in pan. added 1 cup oatmeal, 1 and 1/4 Kashi golean crunch, 10 splenda packets (my protein is sweet)1 and 1/2 scoops of Unjury brand choc protein powder. stirred really good...added just a tablespoon of milk. mixed really good... then i balled them with my hands into 22 smallish pieces. refrigerated. 5 grams of protein each

i could truly only eat 1 serving, i'm still stuffed hours later.....literally felt like i was eating those cookies from childhood..... xxoo~nicole
