Made the clip up on the spot and went from there pretty much. Dug up this old drum beat

Soldano slo left and right, peavey jsx left and right.

Boosted with a modded od9

Marshall greenbacks 4x12 - horrible speakers IMO

Note: I am the worst when it comes to recording

  • Soldano would sell a lot more speaker cab if they would have better speaker

  • Awesome tone!!!

  • The 'pod shit' actually doesn't sound too far off to be honest . You should check out some pod demos of 5150s/rectos/engls etc, it's pretty good tone for metal.

  • I agree, greenbacks suck for metal. i would go eminence all the way

  • Love That!!! I've played a Soldano since 92. Best amps ever made.

  • Very, very good

  • JSX settings? If you can remember, it would be much appreciated :)

  • @sleepy502 I've tried mine with a ton of cabs... I like the G-flex 2x12 most with pretty much everything, but the speakers are kind of meh. Easy fix with a couple of Texas Heats.

  • Hey man, any possibility you can record some more demos just using the SLO? Metal riffs preferably. Would really appreciated!
