I hiked up this mountain in 2000 when I was in in Hainan with some friends, it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. I got separated from my group within 10 minutes, so basically I hiked the whole 4 hours by myself. Some local men were hiking up imagine their surpise when a 17 year old blonde white girl was by herself going up this mountain... I made it to the top, but I thought the way back was more painful then the way up...

nice! I'm in Beijing but dying to go to Hainan. . Mainly I want to go there for the windsurfing. and moutains and nature and hot temperatures. . Too damn expensive on Spring frestival though! You are teaching there??. . good music in the vid too!

Ya Hainan is a great place! I have been living here in Haikou for 3 years now teaching English. I Can imagine how expensive it must be to travel hera on Spring Festival. The best time I reccomend is April
