RuneScape guide to str attk def

this is my firsth video so dont be rude okay here i show a decent way to train attk/def/str in runescape

if u cant aford the armor i wear i recomend at least this:
helm:fremennik isles or berseker helm
torso:fighter torso or rune torso
legs:dragon plate skirt or legs are good or can be swamped for rune
boots:dragon or rune
ammy:glory ammy is a must
ring:not necesary
cape:fire cape or obby cape
weapon:whip is the best can be swamped for d long or d scymmy
shield:obby shield or rune defender are the best
gloves:red/blue/green spiky vambs are good
