Mongolians then fought for our freedom and won in 1921, and formed Mongolian People's Republic. Then we followed Soviet Union and become the second country to become Communist country, until 1991.

In 1616 a Manchu leader, Nurhaci broke away from Ming Dynasty and "conquered" Hans, Mongols, and other Chinese groups, and created Qing Dynasty. Ruled China and Mongolia until the Xinhai Revolution of 1911. And the Republic of China was formed, today's China. However, Chinese government payed TAX to the Manchu People until 1924.

Just for the record Mongolia was never under control of China! We where under control of Manchu(Qing Dynasty) from late 17th century to early 20th century. Today's Chinese people are are not that Manchu people, they are deferent ethnicity. In fact the one who built Qing Dynasty(estp.1616), Nurhaci was Mongolian.

From early 11th century to early 17th century Manchu and the other Chinese people where under control of The Mongol Empire. It was known as the Yuan Dynasty and later on Ming dynasty.
