a few days ago i was told i was ready to throw my handspring by myself but i was scared out of my mind and i didnt trust myself to do it. another instructor who was watching me and my instructor yelled at me to do it and i just became really overwhelmed and wasnt able to do it, even though i know that my body knows what to do perfectly! i left feeling really upset with myself and annoyed for not doing it, so tomorrow i will do it at practice. this video helped a lot, ill try these techniques!:)
