The North End may look bad but it would be so easy just to clean it up! Stop littering and get the city to cover any tagging around there. They are so worried about downtown that it seems like they just gave up on the NE. If they are able to clean up Cental Park they should be able to clean up the north end!!!!!!

@chadzorz Every neighborhood was old at one point, most of the other ones have simply fixed themselves up, and rebuilt. They, unlike a large part of the NE, care about their homes.

I love Winnipeg, this video shows the worst part. 99% of the reason for the city having problems is the indians. They come from the reserve and dont know fucking anything, then make the government pay them and make the city dirty and kill people. There was a guy shot in the head in Merchants last year in the bathroom, Indian.

If you think this part of the city is ugly, you should see the people that live in the area. i was working on the apartments(projects) on Duffrin and Stella walk last year, wow the fuckin lifestyle most people around there have. Just no purpose, no morals, completely wasting away. Getting drunk and high is more important. I agree 100% with tiavanway2
