I really hope i can hold off on the milk, smoked gouda that i just bought and cherry yogurt. I am somewhat allergic (not lactose intolerant) to soooooo many things including dairy....don't say "why not soy?"....because i'm just as allergic to soy products as i am to dairy!!!! AUGH! (Sorry mom but thanks for trying to help lol) If i just stopped eating what i was allergic to then i would only be able to eat something like, pork, beef, chicken, any crustacean and shellfish but scallops and lobster, rice....peaches and grapes? Yeah, on a scale from slightly allergic +1 to i'm going to freaking die if i eat this +4 i'm a +1 on more than half that's on the food pyramid. The worst being lobster, coconut and a couple other things...yeah i make a cheap date. But you get the idea why i don't do the "smart" thing and just stop eating whatever makes me sneezy/coughy.
All i can do right now is mucinex, ibuprofen and at the very least avoid dairy as much as i can for the next 2-3 days or i will guarantee myself a particularly nasty sinus infection. At least the sinus pressure made me wake up at 9 instead of the middle of the afternoon so i find it a give and take situation for the time being. It helps me deal with the sinus pressure better haha. If i'm not getting better by Thursday night then....i guess i'll have to eat a lot more meat and rice. Most vegetables including spinach...you guessed it. i'm allergic to!!!....i like spinach too *sad*
hey can you tell me what the plus's mean? i have +1 on wheat and is this bad?
