As promised a new video about rotties, and again all the pics are of my own rottweiler Buffy, who is turning 3 on the 17th of August! After owning her for a year and a half now I still feel blessed to get her love and kisses and cuddles every day without fail! She is the kindest, sweetest and most loyal and patient dog who loves her pack and everyone who is willing to give her a kind word or a pat (although she prefers to get cuddles people!) and she is just sogentle around elderly people and little children and babies. Although she is regarded as a "dangerous dog" she is far from it! Offcourse I would never leave my dog alone with a small child and I believe that any respnsible dog owner would do the same! You can trust your dog impeccably like I do, but still be smart enough to NOT take a silly risk. Even a little chihuahua can and WILL bite if put in that position, so please people, be dog aware and for the sake of the dogs and children be sensible and do not leave children and dogs together unattended!

  • Well, Buffy just had her 6th birthday and is doing good! I started her own Vlog, episode 1 is now up, tomorrow I am taking her to the woods and filming there so watch out for her next episode! And if u see us in the woods, I am sure she would appreciate a pat or cuddle!

  • beautiful dog,i just got a rottweiler pup:) mines making me as happy as you look with yours xx

  • I do hope you will be as happy with your pup as I am with my girl!

Raise your pup to be a social and friendly dog to animals and people alike and treat it with respect and you should end up with a true friends for what I hope will be many happy and healthy years to come!

  • I have 3 rottweilers and we are trying to help people understand it is how you raise the dog and not the dog breed.......the owner is to fault for a dog that bites not the dog :D

  • true to a point. Some dogs will bite despite the best care, braintumors are a known cause for sudden aggression and biting in dogs, so it isnt always the owners fault.

  • She is soooooo pretty! I'm glad to see more Rotties with tails! My 4yr old Rott, Butler, has his 'wagger', and I haven't had to dust in years! Another thing that I can't stand is the stereotype of a 'Macho' dog. They are the biggest Mama's boys and girls, and it irritates me that every time I take 'B' anywhere, ppl always ask, 'Is he yours?" Girls can own 'Macho' dogs, too! Anyways, great video with a great message! Our babies are exactly that: BABIES!!!

  • Haha, I get the same question and it irks me too, bigtime. They always assume it is my husbands dog... erm NOT! The dusting, well... Buffy hasn't got the hang of that just yet, she just knocks everything off the table...lol, and she really is the biggest sweetheart alive! Given half a chance she would sit on your lap and sit there quite happily for hours on end if permitted! And she is my baby, just like you said, our babies are just that!

  • castleguardian, your video says it all. There is NO such thing as a bad dog, just irresponsible dog owners.

  • @theboy933 That's a Sad story, and a shame he was killed. Be assured Rex knew who his friends were, and that you were one of them.

  • @Sweetlolly11 Of course these dogs aren't harmless, because they don't really know their own strength. They're big, goofy, powerful baby Hueys and They don't realize it. No dog is vicious unless it's trained to be.

  • @Dem0D1ck thank god somebody who gets it no dog is vicious they are raised my idiots that should be in prison

  • No dog breed is inherently vicious. But sometimes the people that own them are. With proper treatment and socialization from puppy-hood, every dog will make a loyal friend, guardian and companion.

Watching the show "Animal Cops", it's amazing to see how many abused, mistreated dogs can be rehabilitated and thrive with adopting people and families.

  • i so agree....every single rottie, doby, and pitt i have ever met are all the biggest babies ever and are the best cuddle buddies too :)

  • Rotties are the best!

  • @theboy933 durring the struggle rex lost an eye and his sense of smell poor thing. :'(

but rex was my hero and i would sometimes hang out with him all day a week ago someone tryed to brake into the company rex tryed to do as he was tought but the burgular had a crowbar and well... unfortunatly beat rex to death :((((

so what im saying is rotwielers are big fat soft cuddable soft squigy dogs tht just want to play around.

R.I.P rex i will never forget you...
