@linksgolfool To my knowledge the board of directors has been made aware of everything going on at this organization. They have done nothing to protect employees from the doings of the new director Beschelle Lockhart and her right hand men Michael Fauble (her current boyfriend and the intake director) and Nick Lockhart (her ex-husband and director of HR) who I was told covers up her wrongdoings.

NCC director Beschelle Lockhart should be commended for the hiring of a felon. This man has served his time and has become a productive member of soceity. From all of the comments I have read here, it looks like there are many individuals looking to throw someone under the bus. NCC does a lot of great work for children and the community. The question that hasn't been asked is "Why is all of this information coming out now? Why does this person feel the need to disrupt the lives of so many?"

Sadly Mario Davis is the least of NCC's concerns now. The Executive director is far too concerned with raising funds,to help increase her salary as well as her ex-husbands and boyfriend (both of whom work at NCC) instead of focusing on provided appropriate services for the children. NCC should be shut down and the clinical social worker, that claims to have provided services, should have her license revoked. The corruption is rampant throughout this agency!!

I am disgusted and outraged by this video if this is going on imagine what else is going on. It saddens me that a few perverse individuals have tainted all the good work done by so many all for selfish reasons. It is obvious that something is being covered up as so many comments that are expressing concerns are being flagged for spam. (Probably all by the same person) ANYONE who is involved in trying to cover up any of this alleged accusations SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES.

I think that they should not just look at Mario Davis but the director as a whole..there is more to this story...Embezzlement sexual harrasment that has been swept under the rug and not a place I would leave my dog more less my troubled child.....Do whats right LOOK DEEPER

The whole administrative staff at NCC is working together to cover up the wrong doings of the executive director. The focus should not be on Mario Davis but instead the Executive director Beschelle Lockhart. If you go to the Nevada Children's Center's web page you can tell that they made some changes-- there is no more contact information (phone numbers/ emails) for any staff. they have also removed Mario Davis and other staff members from the "meet our team" part
