can anybody help me, im running windows vista, i download it and everything seems to be ok, but when i made a simple program i just can run it, nothing show up, no windonws pop up, on bottom says error permission dinied...

I have not been able 2 run a single program through any compiler on my computer... The book im reading says 2 go back and check 2 b sure i got every thing right... Everything is 100% correct but it just comes up with an error... please help!

@IIIIandrew nothing usefull, but I have gone though a couple of forums and ultimately I reinstalled codeblocks, In the proces of reinstalling it it asks you to install aditional features or programmes. I don't know what it was exactly that I additionally installed, I believe it had something to do with snippets. after installing it for the second time with additional features it ran fine.

@marc2377 nope, i downloaded the binary release that included the mingw package...then when everything was installed I clicked settings>compiler>toolchain executables> then auto-detect................THI
S GOES FOR ANYONE WITH ANY VERSION OF WINDOWS > 32 bit -

Nothing to be done. I use windows and I haven't installed any compillers or debuggers, just codeblocks. please help me out.....
