This shows the output of gas measured on my homemade gasometer in mL.Output is approx. 20mL in 15 seconds.Battery powered 12v DC.

    So 0,02 liters of H2/O2 gas in 15 seconds at 12V/5amps results in approximately 17,2% efficiency of your "cell".

    Interesting....

  • Having trouble posting...lost the post that updates the gas output has nearly halved since i started using it.And i never measured the amps when it was at its peak.

  • Please measure the amps from the 12 volts battery. Then the efficiency can be calculated..

  • 5amps and reverse polarity 6 amps

  • OK, but you should not be using sea salt. It wil be producing clorine gas (Cl2) in the anode which is poisonous and potential deadly. (H2 will be produced in the cathode). Use rather sodium hydroxide (LYE), the you get O2 & H2 gas only.
