The palmaris longus muscle is present in most, but not all, people. Sometimes folks can have it present in one arm but not the other. The tendon usually runs parallel to the arm, but in some people (myself included) it runs somewhat diagonally and can be manipulated into doing a little dance.

  • It might be hard to tell from the crummy video, but it really is a tendon.

  • thats not a tendon. thats a subaceous cyst.
