If Harry AA would drop about 20lbs of muscle, he's be sub 10. Though he looks great, he is almost cursed with too much muscle. Thin is in for the 100m, but he should try for the NFL.

@joonasluik first, in muscle ups you do not pull completely verticaly as in regular pull ups as you would just hit your chest on the bar, there is some horizontal movement also and a small pre-swing puts you in a better position for that. second, muscle ups are a ballistic exercises in which using the stretch-reflex of the muscles is acceptable and advisable. third, it's just the way the exercise is done; would ask why is there an eecentric portion on squats and why not do them from deadstop??

That's where I usually do my squats and pull ups at powerbase. Pretty inspiring to meet great up and coming athletes... awesome chilled out guys.

@Ludders6 if you actually were a personal trainer you would know that muscle ups are to be done with a swing. And even if you are a personal trainer that tells me nothing. I heard personal trainers say that squating below parallel is bad for your knees. That statement and many others are a sign that those who have the title of "personal trainer" can be extremely ignorant too.
