Webster Wins Holiday Tournament

The Webster County Highlanders rolled over the Grafton Bearcats 76 to 55 in the championship game of the BB&T Holiday Tournament held at the Notre Dame High School in Clarksburg, West Virginia on December 28, 2011. Webster improved its early season record to 5 wins, 1 loss. Webster was led by Junior Brett Morris, who scored 35 points. Webster was able to coast to an easy victory because of a tenacious defensive press employed during most of the game, resulting in numerous Bearcat turnovers.
