Keff's version is much more haunting than Murrays extravaganzer!

Keff's theme was already better than any of Murray's

Pretty cool. Has an urgency 2it! Bit cluttered, but if u had the parts, I think it's work boy!

@keiracounsell Agreed!

Time Turning Tunnel Twirling.

Great mix.

With Keff and the titles supporting it MG's theme sounds and looks a lot better!
-
Ah... bathing in the synthiness of this remix...
-
keff is kool without murray

Sure, so long as you don't mind ripping it from YouTube.

I personally think the 12th Doctor should have a beard.

Keff McCullough's theme was the last electronically arranged theme, as it was preceeded by the orchestral theme from the movie and Gold's theme. I hope that the new theme IS electronic and not some mashup of Delia Derbyshire's theme and an over the top orchestra.

Technically of course, John Debney's TV Movie theme *was* arranged electronically, as was series one of Murray Gold's theme in 2005 ;)

Is the title of this video supposed to be an insult toward's Keff's titles? Because they're okay and I think people should appreciate it for what it is. It is 22 years old.
Reply please.

Facetious reply:
It's a gag and you're taking it too seriously.
Serious reply:
I don't have a lot of issues with Keff's incidental music - Remembrance is great and Paradise Towers actually works as music to listen to.
However I'm not a fan of his theme - it's in the wrong key, ruins the bass-line and is just too harsh on the ears. By contrast I really like Dominic Glynn's.
Also consider the distinction between the THEME TUNE and TITLE SEQUENCE - Keff didn't do both.

Yes, it still sounded rubbish.
