It doesn't matter whether a band member is gay as long as the band makes good music. Although I am a progressive/symphonic metal fan, Placebo are easily one of my top 5 bands along with other unrelated technical bands like Nightwish and Opeth, just because of the extreme feelings I get whenever I listen to their music, especially their ballads. They have a way of planting their feelings in their music and transferring them to you. And I don't really give a shit about Brian and Stefan being gay.
