when u get a charlie horse next time straighten your leg really hard and flex your foot REALLY HARD almost backward toward your face, u know like when a person is strenching there leg on the ground b4 a run, and they grab the bottom of the heal, and strench the entire hamstring? think just like that except w/o being on the ground... Just flex your leg really hard & point your foot backward as if your streching out the pain....that works!!! Try it next time!

thanks for the advise. ive been stretching everything b4 i go to bed since that morning. doing the stretches you recomended as well. no cramps since but i dont wanna jinx it

" COOCHIE SHOCKS" LOL, love it, love it, love it! I get them loads too. And the coughing, I get that bad, sometimes I cough till I throw up.... love the dress, looks comfy.

they had me on some medicine for reflux, but i do not have that , now they making me take clariten for a ummmm allergy i think. but ive never had allergies. imma try it .. see how that goes

Be careful with the starches too 'cause that turns to sugar now, not jus' eatin' sweets , 'cause i luuuuuv rice lak hell and macaroni too,so, b careful. lol lil mama.

i got my gluclose test back and i dont got the sugar. she actually said my results were GREAT!! im doing good so snacks it is
