hey, um..... you're not supposed to feel pain in doing whistle notes but..... you can already do them well....so just find a way to do them without hurting because it can totally ruin your voca chords....

@renzo123ification thanks! :) actually it's not the whistles that hurt, but the regular notes hahaha my regular vocal range is just between tenor and baritone so I can't go too low, but I also can't go too high.
