To be able to watch the replay after downloading it, place the .cfr file into Documents - Cross Fire - Replay. After doing so, you'll be able to view the replay using the replay spectator feature located in your storage.

Miscellaneous:
I am no longer going to be using any effects for videos of players in Crossfire using hack because I'm lazy.
