Wow, so flexible, so powerful, so soft, so much energy. It is just perfect. Wudang training is one of the most important and difficult training in all martial arts. It is even the key and the father of the shaolin kung fu.
Wudang is so cool.
Those wudang martial arts involve more than flaxible movements, it involves concentration, strength, etc....

@DonHorhe i watch this demostration and at first, i think, hmmm...20-30 years of flexibility training and then I contemplate the qi gong aspect and he is exerting jin. He is initially practicing centering and rooting to the extreme of human flexiblity. This is a huge achivement. To watch this is to end fighting.
