On this episode of Bethel Brothers Hot Rod, Dan Bethel works on some more polished aluminum parts for the dash of Project Sam, when Bubba isn't throwing a fit. Also some insight on Google Adsense.

  • Frigg'n awesome polished alum interior. I'm just wondering how many road signs are missing in your surrounding area!! Ha,Ha. Sunglass holder! great idea, i like it. Chuckie looks buff by the way all dressed up!

  • None, my surfin' bud Mick took them from Sacramento. One was COOL way, Stoney way, you get the idea....dude just liked the signs, and brought them over, and said they would look cool hanging in the shop. I'm not really into that, so they stayed stacked in a corner until I got the idea for it.

  • for one video with adsense, ive made over 9 bucks in almost 3 months, but the video wasnt to popular. But hey, 9 bucks for free!

  • It adds up, I saw one kid, he had one blog, with 1 link, after a year, he made $23,000+

The dude was so excited be could barely speak. LOL

  • If you got up to 1500,2000grit it'll get rid of alot of those scratches. also i saw the occ hat you gonna do any bikes?

  • Exactly, and it would have a deeper shine, I just didn't have any of those grits.

I used to do bikes, but it is something I haven't done in awhile. The resale on bikes is lower than that of the hot rods I do( unless Joe is selling the hot rod). Besides, I like having a cd player, heater, and a cab to block out the rain. Bikes are to seasonal. Ever try to sell a motorcycle in winter?

  • Yeah there are some people that actually made millions off adsense for youtube. Its crazy.

  • That's true you can wear shade lol.

  • I started with a 150 grit to bust off the glue and deep scratches, then a 220 with some WD 40, then 300, then 400 also with WD 40. Then using the Sex Wax( surf board wax ) I ran it over the buffer wheel. They do make polishing wheels, and different grits of resign sticks, they work better than the sex wax.
