This video is incorrect, notice how it cuts off before actually showing the changed color. You cannot change the window color while in "Windows 7 basic" mode which is what this video shows. You must first change to "Windows 7 Classic" mode which will give you the traditional ugly gray taskbars that Windows 2000 had. You can then change the color of the title bar. It is a known bug that you cannot change the window color in Windows 7 basic mode and Microsoft appears to have no plans to fix it.

the format for the colour change thing is sort of weird like on some computers it has the boxs of the colors that u can choose from or the thing that was in this video how do u change it back tot eh boxes
