Yah, there's plenty of gameplay footage on YouTube, but even by this point, I don't think I've seen anyone else properly cover the game.

I remember hearing that PlayStation Magazine thought this game sucked horribly. But then again, they suck off games like Halo, Final Fantasy and Killzone, so I don't exactly have incentive to listen to them. Thrill Kill reigns supreme, even to this day.

@TheHorrorOfYig There are haters out there who think this game is just awful and that EA did us all a favor. Some even insist that EA canned it for that reason, and not the gore and sex.

If sexual content is such aproblem then how did Rumble roses, Tomb Raider, GTA and the bare breasted prostetutes in both God of War and God of War 2 get away with it?... Oh wait they didn't have a lot of S&M refrences and moves with titles such as "swallow this!"

This was absolutely no worse than Mortal Kombat. It's kinda gross, but I really don't get why it was canned.

While I understand your feelings on the game never getting released, it's hard not to side with EA. While the combat engine itself sounds like a great idea, this game does seem way too disturbing. I'm not easily disturbed, but I don't want to imagine a current-gen version of this. I think I was only able to watch some of this footage due to PS1 graphics.

That said, I'm not trying to stop anybody's fun. But if Mortal Kombat scared folks, imagine what this would do to gaming's image.

There is one other fighting game that I know of that uses a female as the main villain. Evil Zone for the PS1. Her name is Ihadurca. Not sure how you feel about anime, but as a fan of it, I can say it's a pretty good game. The camera angles are really good and give it that anime feel. Too bad it went under most people's radar.
