Pre Game Dance

Until today, I never thought anyone noticed my little pre-game ritual, and being a goalie, these rituals are quite important. Once my wife brought attention to it, it's become somewhat of a necessity. The boys are always asking what kind of dance I'll be doing today etc...plus the fans seem to love watching it, to the point of looking forward to it...


side note, I've received a few messages asking what song was in my head...well, it's "If You Seek Amy' by Britney Spears...I know, kinda girly...but it works.

@aDerks96 nope, more like 12...mostly players girlfriends, wives...most of us have been playing together since we were in our teens, some of us are well into our 30s...this is from my beer league...competitive we get about 300-500 a night...not pro, just competitive.

@puffthemagicgoalie I just watched a 15 minute video about ball hockey and I'm not convinced. There is no way it can be more difficult or "harder" as you say. Hockey and soccer are known to be the most difficult sports as far as coordination goes. that's not going to change because it's not easy to stop the ball in ball hockey. Just the fact you're in shoes on a ground without skates proves my point.

@puffthemagicgoalie Doesn't matter what kind of puck device is used, if you are walking around in shoes that is floor hockey. Regardless if you're playing with little shit sticks and a foam puck, or with good equipment and a ball, still floor hockey lol.
