It's really funny, if you look at videos on youtube that are about A. any type of weight training B. mixed martial arts or C. guitar playing, a giant barrage of know-it-all form/technique critics come out of the woodwork.Constructive criticism is one thing, but maybe it should be saved for person to person interactions. Reminds me of that joke " how many guitar player does it take to play a bad ass solo? Answer: 10, one to play it and nine others to say, I could do that better."

nope. You need some hip extension initially to drive the force up. What you don't need it the knee movement.

Only thing I'd say is that Pendlay rows prescribe the exaggerated back arch dynamic, sort of like emulating the rowing for crew.
The hip movement im sure you realize, but you might wanna try giving yourself the "chest out" cue as you do the movement to get that back position Pendlay prescribes.
