this is a civil war. a struggle for freedom of oppression caused by religious & ethnic racism. both sides committed atrocities. that is terrible. but what the world is witnessing today in avoidable human suffering of children is absolutely inexcusable. no group of people should ever have to suffer what the tamil civilians are enduring til death with the constant heavy artillery of the sri lankan gov't. the truth lies in sl prohibiting journalists. russia,china,vietnam & japan also prevent help
