Does anyone know a good gymnastics class in england, where they teach beginners of the age of 12. I used to do gym but havent done it in 4 years and want to try is it 2 late?? thx

this is shit. i learned without a spot in a month and 2 months later, i did it on tumble floor. just do a back arabian, and get faster and faster at bending down. then jump into it. simpler that they make it.
