Any idea what to do when the resource tree remains empty after opening the winrar.exe file?

If people are having difficulty saving it, as it's located in your Program Files, Save the modded file somewhere else, like your desktop. Afterwards, copy the modded file and paste it in the folder, replacing the original file.
