He didnt even "strike" him. He shoved the umps face away after he got rammed and backed away. Its obvious his intention wasnt to fight.

more than likely this was not all that happened. it could of been going on for a while or for a good part of the game. we dont know.

The umpire was too quick to eject. You never seen football refs do that, but some baseball umps get off on it. They think they are part of the show. The best umps are the ones no one notices.

Umpire should have never headbutted...however the umpire initially handled the ejection properly. He ejected the coach and the walked away. It was the coach who reengaged.
