Jordanians of different faith communities, believers coming from the Arab world, and pilgrims from Western countries are all waiting for the one who will bring Christ's peace, sow calm and speak against war. Pope Benedict XVI will arrive Friday, May 8th at 2:30 PM at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, where he will deliver a speech in a welcoming ceremony.Then the important guest will visit the Regina Pacis Center, emphasizing the Church's social activities in Jordan. This center was inaugurated for the handicapped in 2004.
