"Side Orders" short doc series. Food. It's one of the most important and satisfying parts of life. Across the US, my friend and I travelled the country looking for what makes food so important to the people who make it and what goes in to how they prepare it. We profiled six cities and the indicative cuisines that make these cities so awesome. This one's about Memphis Tennessee and the BBQ this city is known for. We profiled three very different BBQ joints. But I guarantee they are the three best. Charlie Vergos' Rendezvous, Jim Neely's Interstate BBQ, and Barry Pelts' Corky's BBQ. We talked to the chefs here and found out some secret ways to cook those ribs. Some of the answers will surprise you. What's your favorite BBQ joint?
